Daleswalk Limited - booking terms and conditions

A non-refundable 50% deposit for your holiday is due at the time of booking. We will contact you for payment of this when we confirm your booking. The balance is due seven days before the start of your holiday. If you cancel more than seven days before the start of your holiday, no balance payment is required.

If booking less than seven days before the start of your holiday, payment in full is due at the time of booking.

In the event that Daleswalk Limited cancel your holiday at any time, a full refund will be made.

Once you have booked, an email will be sent to the email address you have supplied within 48 hours to confirm this.

Cancellations must be notified either in writing to Daleswalk Limited’s registered office address or by email.

The price which you pay is fully inclusive of all services described on the Daleswalk Limited website; there will be no additional charges.

In the event that any aspect of your holiday does not meet the contracted standard, you should communicate this to Daleswalk Limited at the earliest opportunity. If the complaint cannot be settled amicably between us, you may utilise the travel scheme of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. You are also free to pursue the action through the courts should you so wish.

We reserve the right to exclude from our holidays any person whose presence may be or is adversely affecting the safety or enjoyment of other guests, Daleswalk employees or any other person. No refund or compensation will be payable in the event that we exercise this right.
